Our Team
Peter and Joan Vaughan
Peter’s mission is to win souls to Christ and make a positive difference in people’s lives. He has traveled to over 50 countries with that in mind and now spends his time training disciples to make disciples, multiplying the Kingdom of God, and showing others how to practically obey Jesus’ Great Commission.
As a former educator, Joan’s focus is on the protection and education of the children of Asia and the Dominican Republic. Her mission is to partner with Peter training pastors and leaders to be obedient to Jesus and make disciples who make disciples.
Peter Jr. and Patty Vaughan
Peter Jr. and Patty are the co-founders of Training4Mission, a missions-training ministry based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Peter has served in church ministry for over 40 years as pastor, chaplain, missionary, conference speaker, and ministry trainer. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Missiology to make even greater contributions to God’s Kingdom. Patty is a retired exceptional-student educator with 32 years of experience. She has also been strategically involved in church leadership and ministry. She too is currently pursuing further ministry training to hone her skills in mission work. Both Peter and Patty serve as advisors for MissionzHeart.
Aaron and Liz are both Active Duty Air Force officers stationed in Oahu, Hawaii. They are the US coordinators who act as liaisons. Aaron is currently pursuing his PhD in Political Science at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. Liz earned her doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Regent University in 2021 and offers leadership coaching.
